All orders are subject to acceptance by FYI.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised;
• Artwork contains unlawful, offensive, or infringing content; or
• We are unable to fulfil the order for any reason.

3. Custom Printed Products

Most products sold by FYI are custom printed and produced to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, grammar, dimensions, colours, quantities, and other order details before production begins.

Once artwork or order details have been approved, changes may not be possible.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licences to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or other content supplied to FYI.

Customers agree to indemnify FYI against any claims arising from the use of materials supplied by them.

FYI reserves the right to refuse any artwork that may infringe third-party rights or breach applicable laws.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice.

6. Colours and Print Variations

Whilst every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately, printed colours may vary from on-screen previews due to differences in screen calibration, printing processes, materials, and production methods.

Minor colour variations shall not be considered defects.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

FYI shall not be liable for losses resulting from courier delays or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYI’s liability shall be limited to the value of the products supplied.

FYI shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
